What is Walking Soccer?

Walking soccer is a modified, low-impact version of soccer that requires players to walk instead of run and prohibits physical contact. It is designed to be inclusive for people of all ages and abilities, including seniors and those with mobility limitations, and focuses on fun and fitness rather than competition. Key rules often include a no-contact policy, a ban on running, and limitations on how high the ball can be kicked.
